Depression is like body odor. It's ugly and nobody wants to smell it. So use a deodorant, not just for other people to be more comfortable around you, but do it for yourself, to make you feel better even just a little. It’s a good start. Avoid people who don’t want to have anything to do with you and just stick to a few who love you unconditionally. Don’t believe the voices you hear in your head that you have none. We all have that friend who don’t mind if we call at an unholy hour just to cry or ask to be picked up. Call me anytime.
